Mary T. Bowen, is a cutting edge Life/Business Coach located in Sunderland, Maryland.  Mary specializes in Stress Release of those in high pressure positions, occupations and lifestyles.  Coaching clients range in their stress from Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, to Business Owners who feel they are burning their candle at both ends to woman who feel they aren’t being heard and that no one listens.  The main focus of the coaching is for all the clients to remember their JOY and what that actually looks and feels like to them. Mary provides the tools for her clients to learn to follow their Intuition and feel safe doing it.

Mary is available for keynote speeches, she has received her Leadership Excellence award through Toastmasters, International and is now teaching children how to present themselves in public through Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program.

Mary is also Holistic Coach for animals who are suffering from the symptoms of PTSD.  Mary and her husband Mike also own Prosperity Acres raising beef and goat meat.
