<p>Are you Being present in your life?  Meditation is a fabulous way to become present in your daily life.  If you are living in the past or living someone elses life then you could be experiencing STRESS.</p>
<p>If we allow stress to run our life then we truly are not living in the moment.  You may not even be aware of what the stress is that you are experiencing.  We hold information in our body especially in the organs and when you least expect it it creeps back into your life to throw you for a loop.  It does not mean you are broken, it just means you have allowed yourself to live in the information of the past instead of your present moment.</p>
<p>Learn to listen to your body when it is trying to tell you something is amiss and to listen to that little voice in your heart.  Not the voice in your head because that is your EGO.  Your EGO would have you believe that everything outside is what makes you happy when in reality everything inside is what makes you happy.</p>
<p>The best thing you can do for yourself is find someone that you really connect with and help them with their success, whatever their success it doesn&#8217;t matter.  What matters is it is important them.  When you help them you help yourself.  You help yourself by learning to listen to that voice within that place of silence that we forget exist within us.  That is our God (soul) talking to us.  The next most important thing about living in the present moment is to learn to breathe, there is always enough air, actually more than enough air for everyone, so breathe deep and exhale slowly.</p>
<p>If you are living with Women&#8217;s health issues I highly recommend you get the books written by <a href="http://www.drnorthrup.com/" target="_blank">Dr. Christiane Northrup</a>.  She is board certified in everything that can wrong with the female body.  But most importantly she is funny and is helping women to love themself as God loves them.</p>
<p>Recently I reached out to a complete stranger, boy what an uneasy feeling of going outside of the box or in other words stretching my comfort zone.  But now that I did, I have met a wonderful person that we are supporting each other to live our dreams.  Find that someone in your life your health vibration will raise to whole new level of well being.</p>
